Cat in the Rain

I feel so cold, so wet

Like a cat in the rain. . .

Hemingway as if he me felt,

Once said,

On her tongue, he once said:

"I wanted it so much,

I wanted it"

Sometimes you feel as I did

Like a cat in the rain,

Like if your heart is full of vain,

And as if you are cold and wet

Sleeping under the rain.

"I wanted it so much,

I wanted it"

The cat under the rain!

"It is not any fun,

To be a poor kitty,

Out in the rain."

Thank you Mr. Hemingway

For finding a way

To say what I wished once to say

To let me feel cold and wet,

Like a "Cat in the Rain".
