Do u know about Nokia 3300 file transfar mode?

I have Nokia mobile 3300, when I connect it to PC, it shows message that, " Your phone is in file transfar mode, please change it from phone UI " . How to change the mode ?

As for changing the operation mode look in phone's Settings. BTW, who's showing the message - the PC or the Phone?
