Only by watching the movies and documentaries that they have on tv etc., they still cant prove why all these mysterious events keep happening, planes going missing, boats, theres talk about it being a time rip, a magnetic field that pulls the steel craft into the water, theres even been some people suggesting that its aliens, but I'm always interested in a good mystery and love all the supposition, but who knows really, nobody ever comes back to tell their tale, although there were a couple of people that reckoned they'd been lost in there and appeared years later looking exactly the same, but the scientists cant find any reason, a bit like the old area 54 or 52 in america where they reckon an alien space ship landed, we may never know, and thats pretty spooky lol!

Yup Once theory that I saw on TV suggested that under the mud at the bottom of the sea in that area, was frozen methane gas. Occaisionally, it would get warm enough to turn into it's gasious state and bubble to the surface. If your ship or boat was over that spot at that moment, the gassy, bubbly surface would not support the vessel and it would sink. An airplane flying over that spot would have it's engines sputter and stop, because the engine are designed to run on fuel and oxygen, not fuel and methane. And humans cannot run on methane either.

This is one theory.

the island itself is not considered scary .Actually it is a popular tourist attraction for the rich ...what your speaking of is the triangle an area considered to have a magnetic source that oulls down boats and planes
