Do u know art of moving??Free running??Parkour??

L'art du deplacement?? Yeh, u know David Belle, and the Yamakasi?? If u know and u already hav a group, can u suggest what can i do to form mine.......plzzzzzzzzzzz guys, and wat exercises can i do to practise this art of moving, plzzzz, if any1 here knows wat am talkin' about, plzz, drop some suggestions:wat can i do to become more muscular, improve my endurance and fluidity to fly through holes and jumps off walls and buildings??? Plzz, am really lookin forward to become a master in these........and if any girl no wat this is bout, then u all are welcome to drop urs.......thxxxx b4hand!

  1. run daily,  take one day off a week, protein, core exercises, have fun, triple knot your shoes, dont worry what others think, stay around positive people, have fun, drink lots of water


  2. First of all I mastered it when I was like REALLY YOUNG and yes, first build up all the strength you can. Run a lot, exercise, eat lots of proteins and water and just try to be with people who would encourage you and not the opposite. I being a girl was really discouraged. So, be around happy kinda people and yes, try to not exercise that much that you loose all the strength you make up. There is a limi to everything. Run about 6 km a day. Not at one go. Go for treaking once in a while.
