I need it for my MBA(HR) project the details and agency methods adopted by Accenture/Google/IBM/Sapient/CTS in B'lore. Pls i need the info urgently

That sort of information is usually classified confidential and not available to the general public...definitely not the internet.  You may have some luck contacting the companies directly and assuring them it's for research and that their names will not be identified.
