Do u know of any ways to think positive?

  1. try NLP - neuro linguistic programming.. get some expert to show you the relavant techniques.  


  2. These seriously work, so try them all every day for 7 days and watch the magic happen:

    - Vigorous exercise.  I mean sweating and breathing hard for like 45 minutes or more.  The body was meant to move a lot.  Let it do this and your whole existence will feel more fulfilled and happy.  Motion equals emotion.

    - Yell "I am the greatest" into the mirror at the absolute top of your lungs.  This is very hard to do.  Most people don't have the self-esteem to pull it off.  Trust me, it works.  You can even do it while driving.  Repeat it a few times and enjoy the shivers it creates in your heart.  It's scary to think like this but amazing.

    - Plan a gift for someone else and start working on it immediately.  Whenever I feel down even the thought of doing something nice for someone I care about can work magic.

    - Think about your life and about your choices.  Would you really change any of them?  They made you who you are. Think carefully about it and realize that you probably don't have any real regrets.  Sure you may have made few bad decisions, but you also made good ones, and you can't be sure that you'd have made the good ones w/o the bad ones.

    Then you fill that created void with meditating on things you are grateful for and on things you hope for.

  5. make yourself understand that it's a gift every morning just to wake up and get out of bed each day. Your family and friends who care and love you. How important your family and friends are to you. Feeling the sun shine on your face watching a rain storm or snow storm. Petting a dog or a cat.

    Write a list of all of your achievements to date - big or small, list them all down in a diary somewhere and every day take five minutes out of your day to read your achievements out loud.  When you perfom something new, add it to your list so that it is constantly evolving.

    Write a Gratitude list each day of at least 20 things that you have been greateful for on that particular day and read through the list thanking all of the people, animals or things that helped to make it happen for you.

    Write a list of all of the Positive actions that you have performed for others during the day, whether they acknowledge them or not.  These actions may be like being pleasant to someone who is rude, saying thank you, helping do chores around the house, helping out your siblings, being kind to a cat or dog, feeding the birds, treating a car gently when it has broken down, etc.

    Have a string of thank you's prepared for everyone who makes your life a better place to live... Thank the cat for teaching you patience, your parents for teaching you caring, your siblings for teaching you sharing, etc.
