What are mendal laws and explain the laws?

  1. okay so mendel was a monk who worked on genetics.

    he bred peas so that they were either pure tall or pure short, he then started cross breding the two strains. he found that tall was dominate and so when two short peas bred the off spring was short, 2 tall = tall off spring and 1 tall + 1 short = tall off spring. shows the relationship between dominate and resesive genes


  2. the founder of modern genetics and the discoverer of the principal laws of heredity (1822-1884). Mendel conducted his famous experiment with peas in the Brno monastery garden from 1857 to 1868, in which year he became an abbot. from these experiments he deduced the laws of transmission of hereditary characters. this law today is known as Mendelism, and it forms the foundation of modern genetics.
