Our local dollar store carries one.  You may also try a Hallmark or other stationery store.  A suggestion ... how about a plain, white T-shirt and a set of permanent markers?  You can wear it, have others sign it, and then either use it as a shirt or hang it in your room.  My daughter does this each year and has fun looking back on old of her old friends and teachers.
