i am preparing to take the law enforcement exam in jersey and i wanted to volunteer to an organization that is affililated to law enforcement...do u know of any organizations that i can apply for.

You could work with the homeless, in soup kitchens, shelters and such. There usually is a law enforcement presence there. There are also groups who work with victim/ offender restitution who usually look for volunteers. Many options out there in every community. Ask at your local united way office and good luck!
