Do u need IDs (other than a helath card) to attend high school?

like a SIN #, birth certificate, etc?

cause i only have a health card at the moment. it's still gonna take about a month or two to get all of my IDs back, but im trying to attend this new high school and they said that they needed my health card number, and I DO have it, but will they need anything elsE? i really dont know cause the school's closed right now (right?)

btw, how do i know when the school open so that i can actually go there before school starts and enroll/apply?

cause i live by myself, without any parents, and i've talked to the councelors already before, but now it's summer, so i dont know when to go to get more info.

Do a search and find your schools website. They probably have the registration dates for school on there. If not, call the school districts administration office to find out when the registration date for your school will take place.

I think it may vary by school, but I'd suggest giving a call to your school or sending an e-mail to a counselor there. I know that my school's office is open at some times during the summer and if the school you want to attend has a website, it should have the contact information on there and the e-mail of the counselors.

For my school, you don't need to provide information about your birth certificate or even provide your social security number or anything like that. They only require the health insurance information.
