I have a motorhome and i plan on moving into a trailer park (temporarily, a year or around that). Do you need renters insurance, like a apartment? Or 'house' insurance? Or just good 'vehicle' insurance? I want some kind of insurance in case someone breaks in and steals my computer and other stuff or damages the motorhome.

(Please, serious responses and not just trailer park jokes, i need to move soon and i've never done this before so i need to know).

  1. do you have any kind of insurance now? ask your agent--i'm sure they can provide you with the coverage you need/want. And/or ask about it with the trailer park people.

  2. ChristLover, Home insurance covers lots of different things. I don't understand all the fine print of my home policy, but my homeowners insurance agent is always helpful. Try contacting your agent or a agent in your city. http://www.usinsuranceadvisor.com/Home-I... They should be able to assist you.
