  1. it is definatly AN, because when ever A is followed by a vowel it turns into AN

  2. Use AN before a word that starts with a vowel, and A before a word that starts with a consonant.

    A dog

    An eagle.

    A box

    An obsticle.

  3. You say an issue not a issue.

  4. The rule is

Use 'a'  when the next word is a consanant.

Use 'an' when the next word is a vowel.

When the next word begins with 'h', then you have an exception to the rule..   If the 'h' is silent, use 'an'.

As in 'an hour' but you use 'a' for 'a hero'.

  5. an issue

use an when followed by a word starting with a vowel or vowel sound

use a when followed by a consonant

  6. Words beginning with a vowel all ways say AN.

  7. All (an) goes to = a, e, i , o , u and sometime y.

    an apple

    a dog

    an eagle

    a cat

Remember if it is more than one , what I mean three dogs and  three apple , you don't add an with plural on it.

    Hope this helps.

  8. AN ISSUE OF COURSE. ONLY WHEN  IT COMES TO PLURALS U CALL IT THE ISSUES.

  9. an ... you say this in front of a word that starts with a vowel or if the first letter is silent and the second is a vowel you can also use "an" such as "it took an hour"

  10. An issue.  You use the article "a" before a noun that begins with a consonant, and "an" before a noun that starts with a vowel.

  11. Does it matter?

  12. an issue, an is for when the next word starts with a vowel. a is for everything else (AN apple, A dog)

  13. AN issue. You use an instead of a before words that begin with a vowel.

  14. an issue

    and i say 'ish-oo' not 'iss-you'

  15. "AN"issue of course!!

  16. It is an issue because i is a vowel. Any word that starts with a vowels would have to be with an (an) .

  17. im pretty sure an issue...   but im not perfect in english class

  18. An issue

  19. an issue.

With very vew exceptions, you always put "an" before a word that starts with a vowel (A, E, I, O, U). "issue" starts with the letter "i", so we say "an issue"

  20. aN

  21. AN issue. consider going back to school maybe?

  22. aN issue

shouldnt have 2 vowels next to each other :) xx

  23. An easy way to work this out is that if the word begins with a vowel then it is always AN

If the word begins with a consonant then it is always A

    So

Issue begins with a vowel - so 'an issue'

book begins with a consonant - so 'a book'

apple begins with a vowel - so 'an apple'

car begins with a consonant - so 'a car'

  24. Since issure starts with a vowel its supose to be an.

  25. "A issue" is not proper English.
