I rarely go to sleep before midnight and there has been times where I'll go a full night without sleep. It doesen't seem to affect me that much because I'm in really good shape but is still that bad for your health? Most of the time it's concerts or festables that keep me up but idk some nites I've just got so much on my mind I can't stand it and I'll just get out and take a long drive or i'll build a fire outside. Have a simalar problem? Does a person really need the recomended 8-9 hrs of sleep? Well it's 3:12 AM (eastern time) right now for example...
