FIJI = No chance

I think NZ Will meet Aussie in the semis but wont choke like last time. Then it will be us verse South Africa in the final and we'll take it out. Before the bledisloe on Saturday (which I expected us to win) I thought we would get to cocky before the semi and stuff up like 2003. But now we have lost to them we wont underestimate them again and we'll probably go the whole way in France.

Hard to say theis but I think a team from the Northern hemisphere will take the cup and I would not be surprised if it is the holders of the Cup wo take it home again. Just a hunch but I hope to h**l I am wrong.

this world cup is going to be too close to call,  Aust, NZ, SA, france even Ireland all have a good chance of winning it.  Don't know about fiji though but i would like to see Argentina emerge as a world class nation.

New Zealand are clear favorites if you ask anyone that knows something about rugby. But they have been favorites at most of the World Cups, yet only won it once. The narrowly beat South Africa and then lost to Australia. It just shows that they are maybe not as far ahead in front of the other teams as everyone thought they were.

Say they play Australia in the semifinal, I will tell you whats going to happen. That week of the match the Aussies will tell the press this: If we can put them under pressure(especially just after halftime) they might just choke. And if in the match say ABs lead by a few points and suddenly the team that never gives up(Aussies of course) scores a try. New Zealand will truly have to remain mentally strong.

Australia, I dont think they are not good enough, for surely they can win it. I think South Africa and New Zealand are just better. But you can never underestimate this team, they will make you pay. Give them half a chance and they will use it.

South Africa have one thing in common with the ABs and that is depth. They have a lot of good players and exceptionally strong loose forwards. It is the best squad the Bokke have had in a while. I cannot see anyone beat them except the men in black. However they have so much politics in their sport we don't know who's going to be on the field, rugby players or politicans. Nonetheless, with the Abs losing this past weekend, my money is on the Bokke to lift the William Webb Ellis Trophy.

Fiji? Maybe they can cause an upset or two. Especially if they can get the oppostition to play their style. But I think they are better of at 7's.

Firstly forget Fiji , and as far as i can tell the all blacks despite there loss on the weekend to the Aussies are still to good to be beaten this time and the loss would have been a good wake up call to them. they will meet the Aussies in the semis which will keep them up at night because the Australians are the most dangerous sporting nation and in the world particularly if they have been written off by everyone rwc 2003 proved that and they have won more and played in more rwc finals than anyone else. However i feel that the abs will do it this time. However i think a huge force at this world cup are the french they have come close twice before in 1987 and 1999 and on home soil will give there all plus some. As said though i believe that it is the abs year.
