If 1 person creates another person then that person created makes another person how will this effect earth?

This will effect earth in many ways because of our uses and over population earth as well as changing the climate probably accidental.

But do u think climate change is accidental even though we know that were causing it?

And i just hate when scientist are saying that even though we're causing climate change it isnt our fault and were not responsible but we people know that scientist are just looking for another excused and we know that we're responsible.

  1. So you KNOW we are resposible for it. Where did that knowledge come from? Did you personally find the evidence to show this or did you listen to somebody explain it that you believed more than someone else with a different point of view.

If you really do know personally, you must be able to support AGW arguments with facts that can be proven, your own arguments, or you must be able to disprove any denier argument with sound scientific principles as false.

Nobody on earth has been able to prove the AGW theory so far, all they have done is set up hypothetical scenarios in models which haven't shown a reproducable or accurate result compared to actual events.

You can think you know God.

You can think you know your spouse.

You can think you know your children.

You can think you know your friends.

And even though you may have a much more intimate relationship with all these they can still do things that you didn't expect.

So how could you possibly KNOW AGW is true based on secondhand information which has been shown to be faulty in many instances.

You can believe it is true and that is your perogative, I wont dictate your belief system to you, beliefs are personal things so if you believe something you can personally do something about it.

But leave all of us that believe differently out of it, we may not want to follow the rules to support your belief that we can see doing more harm than good.

I don't want to pay for someone elses religion i.e. AGW mandates. Reality has its own challenges that need paid for.

  2. I have to ask why you believe what you do.

Please forgive me, because I'm not attacking you specifically, but your comments, (from what I can determine from your rather poor grammar and spelling), is that you believe that climate change is caused by humans.

You are also claiming that scientists are looking for some sort of excuse of some kind!

I notice that you do not give any references to try and back up your beliefs.

I would just like to leave you to look at some basic facts and then, if you can find a flaw in any part of it let me know.

All weights are in imperial measurements.

    1) The earth's atmosphere weighs 5.7 quadrillion tons.

    (5,700,000,000,000,000)

    2) The weight of atmospheric CO2 is approximately 2.166 trillion tons.

    (2,166,000,000,000)

    3) According to latest available statistics,(2005), mankind was responsible for producing 31billion tons of CO2.

    (31,012,300,000)

Even if CO2 were a 'greenhouse gas' (which it is not), the percentages speak for themselves.

Although all figures have been rounded off for simplicity, the relations are intact.

If we were going to seriously consider carbon dioxide as a so-called 'greenhouse gas', then we should not only identify it's impact by concentration levels, but also consider mankind's contribution to the impact!

    The figures speak for themselves.

Mankind's contribution is .014% of .038%, making human activity accounting for, get this,0.000005%!

The statistics I used for man's CO2 production came from:

    http://www.eia.doe.gov/emeu/internationa...

The other figures came from several text books that I have, but you can easily verify by doing a web search.

I would say to enjoy the fact that we are currently lucky enough to be living in this current period of relative warmth, since it would only take one major volcanic eruption to s***w it up for all of us overnight!

  3. well exactly. people dont want to face up to their responsibilities. but hey! thats the price of freedom, you cant have it both ways.

  4. See the thing is that we do not know that we are causing it. In fact we know that we are not causing it. Al Gore is just using the idea that we are creating it to get money. The truth is that the earth has warmed before and the last time it was nature and the earths orbit that did it, what makes people think that it is us this time. It is that simple.

  5. are we responsible for the ice age?  and the warming that allowed life?  it happened before people were on earth...hmmm

  6. Climate change is neither accidental nor random...it's natural and cyclical.  Try studying earth's geological history.  Man can not take credit for a process present before we walked upright.

  7. Well, since I don't know that we are causing it, we (meaning you and me) don't know anything of the sort.

  8. Evans is exactly right - climate change has been happening throughout the entire history of the earth - just because humans showed up do you really think the earth is going to change its entire pattern?  Humans are too small to impact nature this much.

In fact I think global warming is just an excuse for western government to keep developing countries down (see carbon credits) and for big companies to make more money by selling more expensive "green" products.
