  1. I don't know, maybe you should use your meditation pillow between the wall and your head you are bumping it against?

    Meditation is aimed at slowing thoughts down & making them just a distant noise.

    You are probably simply trying to hard & causing yourself tension.

  4. What do you mean by "bumping harder in your head?"  Try Tylenol.

  5. It possible that you are increasing the bloodflow to your brain (and/or your awareness of the bloodflow in your brain).  

  6. I'm not sure what you mean. I used to get what sounded like morse code going off. During one of my breathing exercises I was able to feel every molecule in my body. Hard to explain but one of the greatest experiences ever.
