  1. no just make sure it's all boy's or all girl's because first graders boys like different activities than the girls.

  2. yeah i do think their porbably to young, because many still have trouble going to sleep with out their parents being their because they are usually still scared of the dark or the boogey man. Then your going to have problems if a child is wanting comfort from tehir mum and 2am. Not a good idea i dont reckon because thats what happened at my sisters party and they were in yr 2.

  3. yes, when i was in first grade i wasnt allowed to have sleepovers at all, i had to wait till i was 8

  4. i think it's fine. just not too many kids or it can get out of hand.

  5. I think that it could pose some problems.  Like some kids may get home sick in the middle of the night and want their parents.  Maybe a chance of bed wetting.  If you are familiar with the kids and the parents and you are willing to accept the consequences then I would not have a problem with it.  My 4 year old has sleep overs with his couzins and he doesn't wet the bed or get home sick but not all kids are like that.

  6. YAHHH

  7. no way!

but probably not too many of them would be good

    probably like 7 or 8

  8. The kids might get scared and want to go home, but give it a try

  9. No, they will pee on your floor, and make you l**k it dry. filty little animals, GRAGH!

  10. Its not about their age its about your capability. Can you manage. 5-7 7 year olds? for a full day and night?

  11. ya make sure theirs parents :P

  12. aww no jsut as long as there is the [person the party is for]'s parents there!!! :]

  13. your never too young to have a sleepover.. but just a small one.

  14. Oh yeah...too young to be away from their own bed and their parents. I think it's best to wait a few more years.  Perhaps until they are at least 10.

  15. no. it's fine. as long as you stay at a limit of lik 10 kids or less, because they can get crazy.

  16. here is the thing..i think it would be ok to have a slumber party for 1st graders with the following thoughs being considered..

-some kids have never spent the night anywhere but nanas and family

-your going to be responsible for all of them..some dont go to sleep early on the weekends

-but on the likeside..get pizza a good new kids movie...maybe a scavenger hunt around the house or yard or a closeby park..

kudos to you if you pull it off....let me know how it goes..manda

  17. Heck no!

i had my first slumber party in first grade i had a ball!

just as long as there is a responsible adult supervising it fine!

  18. as long as there arnt 2 many kids is fine

  19. nooooooo waay i think thats the cutest thing ever. well only if theres like adult supervision obv.

  20. no i had mine and it was a blast!!!! Or maybe if you don't want to have a sleepover then you can just have a pj party and have the girls leave at 8/9 pm

  21. no you should wait till they're 9 or 10 kids that little need their sleep

  22. sure it will   be awesome

just have a minimum number of children!

  23.   NO, JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE NECESSITY ; GAMES, FOOD, MOVIES, ETC.

  24. nope

  25. No. Just make sure all their activites are supervised!

  26. Yeah, because they are all going to get homesick. You know them, one needs her mommy, then they all do. Not to mention some might wet the bed. Stick to the normal party place b day with crafts and goody bags.

    good luck

    =]

  27. Yes I think they are too young, I just don't think they are mature enough yet for a birthday slumber party. It does depend though on how many kids. 1 or 2 - sure maybe. But anymore than you can count on one hand, too much for the parents to handle all night and then the next morning!

  28. Depends on the kids.  My daughter wanted one of her friends over but her friend couldn't handle being away from home at that age.  So my daughter slept over at her friends' house instead.

Prepare to drive at least 1 kid home.

  29. I think just a few kids could be fun.  Maybe 2 or 3 best friends.  I would by no means have a big slumber party for first graders.  Then you're just asking to be overwhelmed.  First graders may also need some help having fun.  So have some fun things planned for them.

  30. Yes, of course! They're to young to know any good reason for continuing the celebration by 'sleeping-over'.
