yeah!! your opponent can t use magics and with royal decree, you can foget traps. So its like you cannot use trap and your opponent cannot use magic or traps!

That card ROCKS! You can make a pretty annoing deck with it.

i think it is awesome ... the only problem with it is that it is very difficult to play in this format ... last format it was a really good deck (at least the ones that i saw) but unless you find a way to put destiny hero plasma in too (which i couldnt think of a way last time i tried) then it will just get completely annialated by gladiator beasts, dark armed variants and judgment dragon variants ... i still think its a great card its just not very playable this format
