I'm not sure... I wouldn't think so because she has been involved in so much scandal.  Then again, they do say any publicity is good publicity.

Who else is up against her?  

I love Katy Perry so I hope she gets it but I'm not sure she will because she only really has 2 "popular" songs

im for katy. i don't think miley will win, b/c this is  a real awards show, not like the teen choice awards that little preteens vote on. i mean some of them don't know what vmas are.

I truly hope Miley will not, she has too much publicity, she needs to take a break, and get her life together.  I mean, she's only like 15 or 16 or whatever, she needs to slow down and figure out where her life is heading, if she's not careful she may end up like Britney Spears.  As for Katy Perry, I am horrified to write her name, she was a Christian singer, but abandoned that, her faith, fans, and any others who had any trust in her and has become a woman who sings about a sensual kiss with another woman.  I hope neither win.
