Do u think my hamsters fine?

i read online that a dirty coat on hamster could mean its getting sick..i have two hamsters and the last two days there coats have been looking really greasy almost like there wet but there not...and i dont think anything ive given them to eat was messy...but there actin happy and running and playing just fine so what do u think?

are you sure its greasy cuz mine like to give themselfs baths by sliding agints the bottom of there water bottle

try grooming it and washing it for a while, every3 days i suppose, for a couple of weeks. its probably just their coats that got a bit dirty. if its still the same, go to the vet.

see what happens in a day or 2 if it get the same or worse take them to the vet

Try letting them roll around in some chinchilla sand. Petsmart has it for around 6-8 dollars. Make sure to get the sand not the dust.

try giving them baths, they are obviously dirty! my guinea pigs get baths about 3 to 4 times a year if they smell really bad or look or smell dirty!
