Do u think people who's had a bad past still deserve a second chance?

As in like......if they've grown up in a bad background and every now and then, they'd slip or something......do u think they deserve a second chance or do u think that they won't change and they'd always keep slipping?? Detailed answers would really help thankios!! XD

Of course they deserve a second chance. A person should always be given the chance to keep trying. Coming from a bad background was not their choice, it was merely what they were born into.

Some do and some dont... All in nature... Ok...here is one story to show you an example. There was this little xiao lin monk who just love to mess around in the temple. After he break things, do bad stuff to others, and is about to be punished, he would say sorry to the head of the monk. The head of the monk always forgives him whenever he say sorry. Then the little monk just keep on messing around and whenever bad things happen he just need to say sorry to the head of the monk and everything will be solved. But one day he accidently started a fire in the temple, and with panic he ran and ran and ran away from the temple. But when he comes back the temple is ruined. He look for the head of the monk to say sorry... but the little monk no longer finds him.... That day... what he did...he learn that even if he want to say sorry..he can no longer say it to a dead person. Nature cannot be forgiving sometimes.

Of course give them a second chance...because it could be either...it's the THIRD chance they do NOT deserve.

If you can understand and truly overcome your past then anyone should be fine.

I think that people should be responsible for their own actions and face up to the consequences of such rather than blaming it on their background.

i believe everybody deserves a second chance..

just help them to stood up (i mean to do better) so they won't slip and the bad insight of others to them became positive

The wisest men in the world have checkered pasts and in fact is the source of their wisdom.  On the other hand many are incapable of learning from their mistakes and their past serves as a predictor of their future. A persons past alone does not make them deserving of a second chance but only their current attitude.
