Guess what? I still can't wipe of the championship smile off my face. A team that has been in the playoffs 17 seasons CONSECUTIVELY, won the presidents trophy, and nearly swept 2 teams in the playoffs, h**l yeah they deserved it.

What kind of a question is this?  Get over yourself.  They won the President's Trophy and allowed the fewest goals during the season.  This wasn't a fluke.  That's why they play the game.  Toronto, Chicago, St. Louis, and Boston DESERVE Cups since they haven't won in my lifetime, but that doesn't mean that they should just outright get them.  They beat everyone in their path... therefore they deserve the Cup.

personaly i do. Pittsburgh is great and all but i think that they are to cocky with crosby on their team. The red wings have the best defense in the league and thats what you need to win.

i don't think they should have won it and do not deserve it. the only reason they stayed in it was because of chris osgood, who wasn't even planning on starting going into the playoffs.hasek really needs to retire.and face it,most of their great veterans should just retire.i gotta say though that zetterberg is an unbelieable player and in a couple of years, will definitely be a top point scorer for a many years to come.

Obviously they deserve it. Making it to the finals is not easy. The team worked hard to get there and they worked even harder to win the cup. Most defiantly  they deserved to win!

Yea, they deserve it. They battled hard all year long, and they were the stronger team. If teams didn't win Cups because someone such as yourself doesn't like that team, no team would ever win the Cup. Each team has fans that love them, and other fans who hate them. h**l, I hate the Ducks and Avalanche, if it were my choice, I'd make it so the Avs never won in '96 and 2001, and Ducks would never have won in 2007. Your words won't change what happens, especially because you dislike a team.
