For one, The American cars like the Fusion & Cobalt is a copy of a Toyota and Toyota isn't so foreign based anymore. People are just rude and ignorant to foreign make products who come to America to save from buying crappy fords!

Doubtful. I'm pretty sure he is a Dodge man and or an American made man, and probably only supports Ford, Dodge, Chevy, Pontiac, and other American brands. Who knows though. He is the King.. So his opinion does affect alot of people and it does matter.

Richard Petty is a racer, he was always loyal to Dodge.  I think he would be the guy to give the nod of good luck.  Richard Petty was asked one time when did he think that racing got started, his reply was "The day they built the second car."  And at the heart of it all I think that is the way he feels about Toyota, just another team on the track trying to get a win.
