  3. Yousuf Pathan is just a kid as far as captaincy is concerned. You just can't give captaincy to anybody who is inexperienced, he should have leadership qualities, experience, patience etc., to deal with the situation & handle the players well. No doubt, Warne has done his job perfectly as a captain as well as coach which is why they have won.

    What do you mean by Yousuf Pathan should be the runner-up?

"..So I'll answer the first part...My answer is NOOOOO....RR's won only coz of Shane Warne and that is what all say!!So,no he can't be...he has performed well only coz of Warne and he himself has admitted that...He is a good player but I don't think he will do as well as Shane Warne as a Captain coz Warne is considered as the best captain Aussies NEVER had!!

  8. Captain should 've leadership qualities....i don't know whether he has the qualities or not....but he is turning out to be a very good all-rounder! He was the only person for whom RR won the finals, else the IPL cup would 've gone to Chennai Super Kings! But for me Super Kings are the winners, as they just had a miss....

  10. dude.. just because you do good does not mean you will be chosen captain. You need many other qualities. YOu need patience, EXPERIENCE, and brains. If you are an impatient captain, you will soon see your self stepping down from the captainship due to frustration. You need experience, which is something Yusuf does not have. Experience and brains tie together. When you are an experienced player, you will know exactly what is needed, what type of track is best, how to chose properly if you want to bat or bowl after winning coin toss, where to place your fielders, what the order of batsmen should be, and also which bowler should be made to bowl at a certain time.

    Yusuf is not qualified to be captain. He needs to play a bit longer.

    To give captaincy yousaf pathan 1st team management of Rajasthan Royal or concerned authorities judge the qualtiies of pathan to take decision whether he is fit for the captiancy..
