HMMM i think its real because they always have thos people on tv going "OMG OMG OMG" and plus they would have been some big thing if it wasn't.Like Oprah would scoop up that story.  Plus i see commercials all the time.

Yes it is real, but the prizes are paid out over many years usually 20 to 30.
