no, there is no proof. and it's strange that niqui doubts the existence of nessy, but believes in vampires.

I believe Nessie is real and there may even be more than one. There is much speculation on how something so large can survive in the loch.

I think the answer to this is that there are underwater tunnels connecting the loch to the ocean which is very close. Just look at any map of the area (I like Google Earth) and you will know what I mean. The creatures come and go as they wish.
