  1. Man, I don't want to offend you, but I am really glad you aren't in charge of who's in what divisions in the NFL.

Even if they did change it, who is to say that those two "very good divisions" will still be what they are in a couple of years? Look at the Bears. One year they were superbowl contenders, the next year, they missed the playoffs by a mile. The NFC West is another example. The 49ers have five superbowls under their belts and are now part of your "Rubbish division". Every team goes through a rebuilding stage and every team goes through a dominant stage. Whether the divisions are changed or not will help absolutely nothing and it will be a huge waste of effort and time to do so.

  2. with the parity in the NFL, it would make no since to change divisions....Teams get good and bad from year to year.  thats whats so great about the NFL.

Watch the Broncos in 2009.  they will be awesome

  3. dude teams change and so do divisions! in a couple years the NFC West could be like the NFC East is today and the NFC East could be like the NFC West!!!

    best answer = Khalid T

  4. no i dont think so theres always going to be dominace in one conference or another I mean the browns look like they have a chance to take over the steelers and theres always a new winner in the nfc south.

10 years from now were going to talk about the pats and colts as if they were the dolphins and falcons. and the lions will be superbowl champs :-)

  5. No because even if they aren't fair now the bad teams in those divisions will eventaully become competitive, and the good teams in the other divisions will fall. It's just bad timing that they all either suck or are great.

  6. The AFC West (whether its a bad division now or not) shouldn't be broken up due to the deep seeded rivalries that exist there - all of them going back to the AFL days.  Same goes for the NFC East and NFC North.  Any other changes would be fine by me.

  7. Switching the divisions would ruin rivalries that have been going on for years.  Even though I don't like either team, you can't deny that the skins and cowboys have some great games.

  8. no. the NFL, just did realignment, a few years ago. they try to minimize travel time for players while keeping long standing rivalries in tact.

  9. They should, but they won't.  The NFL can't stand change.
