no it's not creepy..but my friend used to say stuff about like inner "demons" he had...but he had Borderline Personality Disorder...i'm not sure about your situation, but you should have it checked out...

The following will sound like sc-fi, but after you've done some research and discover just a bit more of what is really going on on this planet, you might find out the following.

There are many dimensions in the universe. Beyond the 3rd is the 4th, which like the 3rd contains good and bad beings.  Some of the unpleasant ones interact with humans in a rather unfavorable manner, which can cause humans problems of varying types.

You might google "psychic self defense" for some thoughts on this. Other people may consider you weird, etc. if you discuss this with them, but this is due to their ignorance and lack of imagination.  Endemic conditions with many humans. I would say to seek the help of a competent adult on the issue, but you'd have to be *very* careful who you deal with on this.  There are a lot of shady characters out there who would take your cash and provide nothing of value. In this type of situation it would be best to rely on the recommendation of a friend regarding who to see on this.

It sounds like an excuse "That wasn't me, I don't know why I did that".....You either need to take responsibility for the things you say and do, or get anger management.
