people have forgoton the boxer Gerald McClellan he was one of the best midlleweights i feel sad people have just forgoton him he won 31 out of 34 fights and 29 knockouts have people forgoton him because he lost his sight and he cant walk and is 80 percent deaf in my opinon that shouldnt matter he gave people excitment he fought with his life and people are just forgetting him watch this video and tell me what u think

  1. none of the regulars on this forum have forgotten him, as his name pops up here from time to time.

    what happened to him in the nigel benn bout was a tragedy, and he could have went down as an all time great had things been different.


  2. No, never..not me. Ive mentioned him in a couple of my all time pound for pound lists.

    Id put him in a fighting chance, if not winning, against most if not all of the top middleweights. Moving him thru time I could see him spanking Tommy Hearns, Bernard Hopkins, and Roy Jones himself said he would have never had the career he did if McClellan was around.
