From what i have read in various blogs as well as receiving informations from someone on the ground, it seems like the sentiments of the voters are all moving towards Anwar's favours. Anwar can be assured to receive most of the Chinese and Indians votes as well as the urban Malay votes. Anwar's only worries might be the votes from the rural Malays especially after the swearing of Saiful Bukhari because for kampung folks, any issue involving Islam ( in this case swearing on Quran ) will have strong influence on them. However due to PAS well known "religious" personalities working hard to campaign for Anwar and explain to the villagers about this swearing stuff, more of these pakciks and makciks have started to disbelieve Saiful and UMNO in general. Of course the revelation by the imam who witnessed the swearing of Saiful yesterday was the ultimate blow to UMNO. His revelation might just swing a lot of votes to Anwar's favours.

Many believe Anwar would win this election by at least 18,000 votes in the election is carried out fairly.

However as this election is like "live or die" for UMNO and BN, they have no qualms to resort to any possible dirty tactics to prevent a victory for Anwar. If they could effectively carry out their dirty tactics, Anwar's majority will be greatly reduced or even loses in this election.
