  1. Yes you can install vista. This configuration is enough to install vista.

  2. it works perfect for me, i had window xp home edition before and now a fast win vista, so keep try!

  3. Go to microsoft.com and download and run the Vista Upgrade Advisor.  This will inspect all of your hardware and tell you if Vista will run.  It will also recommend which version is best for the machine and tell you which components, if any, are potential problems.

  4. It will work a treat

  5. Vista likes using RAM.

1 GIG won't be enough to run it smoothly.

    3GIG+ RAM is recommended.

Your processer is good, but I personally recommend staying with XP.

If you really want Vista, buy a new computer.

Thats what i did, for £500 i got, a 2.4Ghz Quad Core, 3GIG RAM, Nvidia Geforce 8600 GS, 1,000 Hard Drive.

Overall, I don't think it will work smoothly enough for you to have fun on there.

  6. it will..However those are the minimum requirement  in which vista required...But i think it would be fine..
