Do u think we need a second freedom from present Bureaucrat’s and political system.?

Question

Democracy gives to u right to elect a representative once in 5 years, but if this representative under performs or neglects his duty, public and country have to suffer for 5 years and cannot have a no confidence motion against this individual elected representative. What should people do if present Bureaucrat’s and politicians neglect their duty towards society and public? Suggest method.

Most of the infrastructure projects r never completed by their stipulated time and thus by many folds increases the initial cost of the project by the time it is completed. Thus public money gets wasted due to inefficiency, negligence and lack of coordination between different implementing agencies that r involved. These thick skin bureaucrats and politicians have little effect even if media covers the issue. There is absolutely no accountability towards public. Courts r over burden and there is no special department in courts to keep a watch on each and every issue of public concern that media takes up. Public have no time and tons of money to take the matter to court. Politic has become a profession instead of service to the people and no decent person wish to dirty his hands by entering it..

So, ultimately where r we heading for. Is there a solution? If u have, please suggest to have another freedom movement to save this country.

Citizen made currency. First image of money made on the computer by computer graphics then designs based on Office Work and other work people do are placed on the money then printed out .  Idea is all citizens make their own currency. This also deals with armed robbery as it removes the motive. Next on agenda abolish prisons and replace with either a voluntary Gladiator system or a Human Hunting System in which people who wish to kill eachother train up and do so. No police at all only Cordoners to make sure all goes as planned.
