Now hang on folks!  Obama has already promised an "energy rebate" to help all of us poor energy dependent citizens cover our gas bills.

Therefore, he is already trying like crazy to "buy" your vote.

What I find amusing is how the Democrats are crying about the current deficit and how it will effect them when they regain power.  They blame a big part of it on Bush's stimulus checks.  

And out of the other sides of their face.....they propose yet another one!

Amazing.

For the record, I opposed the stimulus package, saying that it would put a huge dent in the national debt while doing nothing for our economy.  

I'm correct again!

For two reasons, I think not.

First, is the first check didn't do as much as hoped.

Second, the second would be after the election which would be too late to buy your vote in November.
