I think it's undervalued right now and will rise a bit.  Not all the way back to parity with the Euro by any stretch of the imagination, but a bit as the US banking crisis eases up and Europe slows down.

It just rise a little bit in last few months to balance the payments and balance the imports. I dont think it is go up much more instead the US dollar will delacuation its value more and more in the next years.. To help for shrink the trade deficit. US still have a very high trade deficit, we are  now under the treatment itself, meaning trying to bring it down each year, and we need at least 10 years plan to do so.
