Do uncircumcised guys have pimples around their p***s? Is this normal? Or is it a lack of hygiene?

My boyfriend(27 years old) is not circumcised and he has some pimple-looking things around the head of his p***s. He says it is normal in uncircumcised guys, but I think it's a lack of personal hygiene.

If u mean rough ridges around the head... is pretty normal... its nothing to do with circumcision.

The roughness is to enhance sexual stimulation during s*x..

They could be pearly penile papules. Look up pictures of those online to compare. They are normal and harmless.

Actual pimples are not normal and could be an infection or something. Has he seen a doctor?
