  1. Every University has many human resource specialists, and many currently have openings. As for "industrial-organizational psychologists", you may want to think of other names for the same job skills and search for those as well. With thousands of colleges and universities, you should be able to find one with an opening in something you are qualified to do and where you wish to work.  


  2. American InterContinental University ,Duke University ,Marshall University,and Cornell University  are some of the many universities that have employed Human resource specialists .

They sure do, but jobs in universities or colleges tend to be occupied for long periods of time, simply because the people holding the roles are very comfortable and tend not to look around for a new job...but keep your eyes open to their postings and apply accordingly, also perform a followup call to gain the institutions attention, to help your application go forward!  And another thing, think positive, that you WILL get that job you want and funny enough, it will happen!!
