Do universitys give you scholorships if you are a minority?

Sometimes for certain programs, but don't count on it. Look through private organizations. The Financial Aid office should post some scholarships you can apply for that pertain just to the school you're attending. Good luck.

You would have better luck with private organizations.  Fill out your FAFSA (if in USA) and also research some private organizations, like NAACP or TNANAF.
