Do vampires worry about aids?

i think theyd be good.  i heard if you swallow infected blood the virus is destroyed by the HCl in your stomach.  not sure tho

Most vampire myths seem to agree that vampires have no blood of their own, which is why they have to drink blood from other people. since HIV/AIDs affect the immune system, which is in the blood, it stands to reason that vampires don't have to worry about getting AIDs. Also, since vampires are already dead, even if they were able to contract AIDs, they wouldn't really have any reason to worry. And probably the best arguement, vampires aren't real so they don't have to deal with things like that.

Yes real vampires aren't immortal and they can get any disease. All donors are thoroughly tested.  Vampires are not like those in the movies or books, we don't drain unwilling victims of their blood. We have kind people who are called donors and they give us the blood or energy we need. Vampires are people who have energy deficiency and need to get that energy by taking it from other people. We don't die in the sun, can't fly, no super powers, can cross running water, garlic, holy water and the cross don't phase us (because we are not demons we are just different to normal people), we can see better at night than in the day, heightened senses, we do age and we aren't immortal.

No as Vampires do not exist, there are those who live as Vampires and drink blood though. Yes they would be more careful I would hope!.

Undead, legendary vampires would not, because the AIDS virus would not be able to replicate itself inside dead flesh. The only way they could transmit it would be if they bit someone with the virus and then bit someone else while their mouth was still tainted with the viral blood.

Human beings who profess to be "vampires" can both contract and transmit the disease, but can only transmit it by biting if they have the viral blood in their mouth via a cut or open sore. These people are as human as you or I, and are victims of a self-induced delusion and need professional help.
