  1. Nope we eat a great variety of foods! Foods that contain no slaughtered animal or any animal products. The main foods are water, fruits, vegetables, nuts (almonds cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc), beans (black, pinto, baked, kidney, etc), seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc), soy products (tofu, TVP, tempeh, fortified soy milk, miso, etc.) pulses, whole grains, quinoa, seiten, nutritional yeast, cereals, chickpea, seaweed, lentils, & vegetable, hemp, and flaxseed oils, plant meats, and plant milks. Brands: Amy's, Boca, Moringstar, Gardenburger, Tofurky.

So yes we can eat bread if it contains no animal products but of course we do not eat dairy as it comes from an animal.

  2. vegans don't eat anything thats an animal or animal by-product. Meaning they don't eat dairy products, eggs or even honey. Vegetarians eat dairy products and eggs and such, but not vegans.

  3. Vegans don't eat dairy...They do eat bread as long as it doesn't contain any dairy, eggs, or other animal products.

We also eat faux meats, nuts, legumes, grains, pasta, and a lot of other stuff.  We don't just eat fruit and vegetables.

  4. Vegans eat fruit, vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, tofu, tempeh, seitan, veggie burgers, mock meats, all sorts of stuff.  Bread, yes, as long as there are no animal products in it; dairy, no.

  5. If a veg@n only ate vegetables and fruits they would probably be malnurished! We don't eat any animal products including dairy but we eat more than just fruits and veggies. There is bread that doesn't contain dairy and eggs and we also eat nuts, legume, pastas, noodles, faux meats. And everything you can think of  that isn't veg@n has been veg@nised, cheeses and everything else!

  6. Vegans eat anything that doesn't have meat, eggs, milk, cheese, fish, etc. Bread falls under that category too. The truth is that anything and everything can be made vegan, with the help of modern technology and soy products :)
