Do viruses spread to other computers in your house?

i got a virus on one of my desktops can it spread to my other computers in my house. i was wondering if they can spread through routers.

Only if they are networked.  Two separate machines can't get a virus because they share the same router only if they share a download that has been infected.

yes, it can spread by network, LAN or WAN, update your antivirus and full scan your PC.. ^_^
