  1. Since the majority of people taking B12 supplements do so for a placebo effect, I'd say the chances are good that it'll work about as well.


  2. Couldn't say for sure.  I can tell you that I used them as per label instructions for a month, and noticed no difference in the way I felt.  But I have never been diagnosed with a b12 deficiency.

    If you really need b12, perhaps you would do better to get injections.

    You can get them from 77CanadaPharmacy (a website).


  3. Not to the same degree as an oral supplement (if intrinsic factor levels are adequate) or an injection.  You might absorb a little B12 through the skin, but not very much.
