Do vitamins cause prostate cancer??

I am taking AST Multi Pro 32X for boxing, twice a day as it says on the bottle. I mean i guess this sounds crazy but I heard or read somewhere that taking multivitamins causes prostate cancer. So whats the deal?

  3. You should first know the normal dose of various vitamins and compare it with that available in the medicine/tonic you take. It should not be higher than required.

    Vit C and B are water soluble therefore they are excreted in urine when taken in excess. Other vitamins are fat soluble, and when taken in excess , they are stored in the body. When they become too high, they May cause problems by vitaminosis.

    It is far from surety that your tonic may cause prostate cancer.
