    There are a couple Washburns which sound really good.

    However, the lower cost Washburns sound dull - even with good strings.

    If you want to go low cost check out Takamine or Yamaha. Their low cost guitars actually sound pretty good.

    I recommend you listen to a guitar before you buy it.
