As you know that neither you have time nor any body else have time to devote in this matter as every-one himself is running for his own earning how can he manage the poor childrens fooding, clothing, etc. isn't it right. Well, firstly, there should be a mass awreness programme, stating that children must be allowed to enjoy a fruitful childhood and education.

Secondly, there should be raids on factories and strict punishment must be given to offenders.

Thirdly, the capacity of orphanages and care homes should be increased.

Lastly, the rescued children must be trained and educated.
