Do we have a department that deals with aliens?

I mean lets face it chances are we arent alone in the universe. So do we have a department in the government that is around to deal with them in the off chance we might run into them?

I mean lets be serious sooner or later were bound to run into alien life as we progress.

like aliens as in ufo or aliens as in forein ppl? i think its a matter of opinion that aliens exist, but i dont think we have a department tha deals with that.
