Do we have a pan card scheme for non-tax payers in india to avoid black money accumulation?

if we don't have pan card scheme for non-tax payers, shouldn't we introduce it to avoid black money accumulation. such a move will cover all people and avoid unnamed property being created?is such a scheme in any other country?if you like the idea, you are free to bring it before the media yourself.

  1. First of all, a PAN Card is necessary for all types of financial transcations. Such as opening of bank accounts, opening or operating a demat account, purchase and sale of shares, purchase of mutual funds, deposit of cash of more than Rs. 50,000 in a bank account, etc. So the scheme to check black money accumulation is already in force in India.
