While the diving accusations fly out of control, do any of us stop to realize that goalie diving should never be a topic because... I will say it again... EVERY GOALIE DIVES!!!

Your favorite goalie dives, your most hated goalie dives, the best goalie in the league dives, the worst goalie in the league dives, French Canadian goalies dive, Western Canadian goalies dive, European goalies dive, American Goalies dive, if your mom was a goalie she would dive. If Kimbo Slice was a goalie he would dive. GET MY POINT. Refs are going to call the contact no matter if the goalie dives or not. I HATE ALL GOALIES FOR THIS, BUT I WON'T CALL OUT ONE GOALIE, OR BLAME A LOSS ON IT. We all have seen Hasek give up goals because of dives. I remember Ed Belfour diving against the Wings in the Conference Finals in '98 and proceeding to give up a HUGE goal. If you want to criticize Ozzy for diving then you should criticize Fleury for sticking his @ss into Wings players behing the net.

I don't like diving by any player on any team. And I'm talking all the way back to the 70's. Today its unashamedly employed several times a period.

I don't mind diving ---- I mind BAD diving.  If it's doen well, great job!  It's the pitiful acting jobs that make me mad.

a dive is a dive i don't care if its a good dive or a bad dive no player should do it even goalies but its probably never gonna stop so we can't like you said call out one goalie and then not call out every goalie

Hate is such a strong word and to use it with "all"??  I could go off (as I've done with numerous parents here in northern Michigan) but I'll simply consider the source.  A goalie takes a lot of c**p.  The "team" loses, blame the goalie.  I've even had parents blame the goalie, HELLO the kid is like 9 years old!!  But anyway, I feel sorry for you that you so full of hate yourself that you can honestly say that you HATE ALL goalies, especially since you've only met a very few of them.
