Instinctively, I'll have to say yes.

Yes, like all animals, we have instincts.  

However, we tend to call them basic bodily functions, intuition, compulsions, primary emotions, feelings, etc, because it is our tendency to use language to differentiate ourselves from other animals (an unscientific practice, but it is what we do).

Some examples are fear, language acquisition, love, classification/categorization, face recognition, etc.

our natural instincts include eating, drinking, using the bathroom (not the potty training part), taking care of a baby, being nervous about different things.. which means yep being a racist is instinctual
