  2. Yes, but it's not like you have little shards of iron in there.  Iron atoms are found in red blood cells.  Not nearly enough to make you magnetic though.  :)

  3. yep. it's in food too. cool experiment to see it in cereal. get a cereal with iron in it and a magnet. in a large bowl put alot of cereal and water. then stir with a big magnet. you will see the iron start to come out.
