Do we include the cost and S&H price all together on a money order for ebay?

I  always  do .  I  never  thought  anything  about  it .  There'd  be  no  point  in  buying  one  money  order  for  the  cost  of  the  item,  and  another  one  for  shipping  and  handling .  My  bank  offers  free money  orders  to  its  depositors,  but  I  still  combine  the  cost  and  the  shipping  and  handling    together  on  one  money  order .

If you know what the s&h cost is then include it with the money order.

yes, you should have probably gotten an invoice stating the total amount that include shipping.
